One of the grandest adventures of being an engagement and wedding photographer is the journey to knowing my clients. Getting to know people is a super fun thing for me! Oftentimes I get to have phone conversations with my engaged couples, but most of the “getting to know you” happens at their engagement session.
Not only do I get to see how two people interact with one another emotionally and how their bodies move together for posing, but I also get to hear their favorite stories about each other, growing up, how they met, and how the proposal actually went down- from both perspectives. This exciting, raw time together shows me so much about the people I get to work with and allows me to capture some super fun, pure moments between them.
