Hi their, friends! And, happy Throw-back Thursday!
If you’re new to me- Let me explain. 🙂
Every Thursday I take an old blog- typically a wedding, engagement, or family session and repost. I throwback to what seems like a whole different life.
Why? Well, because it is:
1. FUN!
It is super fun to relive memories and gain some insight into changes in the world around us and
2. It is AMAZING to see how my photography has changed and grown. Sometimes a little humbling, for sure!
So- Without further ado, let’s throwback to 2014. 10 years ago.
Meet Ryan and Rosanna.
Here is the Original Wedding Blog::
Ryan and Rosanna are both New Jersey natives that traveled for their destination wedding. A few years ago, their story seemed unreal…like a movie (Think, You’ve Got Mail! But, I totally may have just aged myself for knowing that one!). But, over the past 5-6 years we have met more and more amazing people that lived right in the same area and never crossed paths. And, then… this neat little thing called online dating came along. And, here we are…Meeting awesome couple after awesome couple that started their chats online and are now tying the knot.
The Proposal Story:
Ryan got a call from the jewelry store where he bought the ring saying the ring was ready for pick up and he could not wait to propose. He decided to do it the same day. When I arrived home from work he had roses, candles, the ring box, music playing and was down on one knee along with my step daughter Jillian. He proposed and we celebrated together by having a fire out in our yard and drinking champagne.
Ryan and Rosanna’s wedding was the perfect mix of traditional and trendy, combining traditional gorgeous decor and timeline with fun details like a blingy cake-topper and sunglasses for each of the guests. From the getting ready images to the last dance every moment was perfect.
Photographer’s Favorites: The Guest Gift Sunglasses (What a Super-Fun idea!), the ceremony flowers and table scapes, and that soooooo cool cake topper 😉
